In this article it is spoken about the Chuvash Republic's regional information centre of educational book publishing (RIC, created in August, 2000) as infrastructures of an educational telecommunication network.
Creation of similar structure is caused by wide variety of the educational and methodical literature, use in educational process of various programs, requirement of workers of education for a trustworthy information. The effective utilization of new information technologies is capable to become the key factor for successful and intensive development of an education system.
