The Place of the Internet-communities in Structure of Modern Civil Society and their Influence upon State Management

The civil society must limit and control the power. This problem may be solved through the participation of the citizens in political life of the country and their abilities to influence the process of making ruling body's decisions.

The new information field appeared in the last decennial events, when the politician-legal relations developed. The question is «worldwide web". Mass computerization of modern society has brought about the possibility of the expansion of the political participation. First of all it involves the reduction of different troubles. The Internet drastically reduces costs, giving quick access to necessary information and possibility to take part in discussion of of interesting problems «on-line". Accessibility of such discussion and absence of additional requirement promotes creation of communities and clubs on interests.

The Internet-communities act as the institute, selecting similar interests of an individual in determined information structure (firm or not much). They organize new mechanisms of the political participation and influence upon the power.
