Effective management and open community creation are depending on cultural level of society and on interactive communication field quality: verified and actual information, true links. Common information space developement is aimed at:

The essence of the concept is in use of two Internet-technologies. One is old: HTML-pages dynamic generation from the professional data-bases covering all spheres of activity and information sources. The second is new: use of an authoritative file of subject headings for the horizontal links established initially when cataloguing the objects (monuments, museum expositions, cultural actions). It means connection to the not-library information to exchange protocol z39.50.

Common information space is based on the Internet/Intranet as basic communication technologies and on professional data-bases as a source of actual content. Such data-bases were developed by Alt-Soft company for the poster of cultural events of St.Petersburg (www.billboard.spb.ru) and for Pskov's museum collections and historical monuments (www.opskove.ru). The second base of concept development is a technology of corporate cataloguing of libraries and authoritative files.
