An important part of the educational process in distance education is controlling of knowledge. Therefore the creation of systems capable to carry on the learning dialogue with a remote student is the important direction in distance education development. For the system to be able to conversant in natural language it is needed to develop a semantic analyzer, which can analyze natural language answers for special, so called, "open" questions. The principals of constructing this kind of the tutors are taken in consideration by dialogue expert system POLARIS that generated many educational processes giving good results in different areas of liberal education.
