The information-analytical system for monitoring of educational resources of Vladimir Region has been developed. The work is based on the principles of open architecture, which allow to increase the system functionality both on the development and exploitation stages of the system living cycle. The system is intended for the corresponding regional departments (regional educational department, statistical department, etc.) for the purposes of analysis of educational sphere. The work is of high novelty because of absence of analogous products possessing the same characteristics.
