Integration processes in the field of university education, based on the Internet-technologies, are discussed. Some approaches that may be taken as basic for creation a system of international university co-operation are considered by examples. It is shown that using the Internet similar associations or consortiums could be one of the most efficient mechanism of joining up of educational structures in the united educational space for realizing export and import of educational products, services and technologies.
