At present, information technologies create new possibilities for organisation of educational process, which regrettably are insufficiently realised in the pedagogical ambience.

In the paper the traditional principles of didactics are considered from the point of view of new information technologies. Analysis of traditional didactic principles shows that information technologies create conditions for full-fledged realisation of these principles.
