The report is devoted to organization of research and development training for high-school students. The majority of high-school can not have the educational research laboratories. Our approaches to solve this problem in Russia now contain the following steps. We prepare real-time remote experimental setup under remote control via the Internet. The first Lab of such is Atmospheric Spectrometer. The Lab allows registering radiation spectrums of an atmosphere in near IR area and making observation of the absorption bands of molecular oxygen and water vapours. The measurements allow getting values of contents of these components in the atmosphere. The information about this project will be on the virtual representation of an Academic grammar school of St.Petersburg University.
