The computer HTML multimedia series of textbooks "Physics: Model, Experiment, Nature" are under the elaboration. The Volume 2 of the Series "Electric and Magnetic Fields: the Useful Theoretic Model or the Real Object of Nature?" contains 11 Units where main properties of static electric and magnetic fields and laws of charged particles motions in static fields are discussed. The program for computer 3D-simulations of charged particles motion in electric and magnetic fields was elaborated. The electronic textbook contains hypertexts and audio tracks of real lectures, more then 250 computer simulations and more then 20 video records of real experiments and phenomena. The program was tested for some examples in physics of elastic collisions, oscillations, and solid bodies in rotation. The textbook was tested in lectures for students at St.Petersburg State University and scholars attending lectures at the Department of Physics.
