In the present paper in a context of creation of a prototype of immunology knowledge network the problem of a supply with information of fundamental and applied scientific researches (taking part in the interdepartmental scientific and technical program "Vaccines of new generation and medical diagnostic systems of the future") is discussed . The major component of such network should become the digital library providing effective gathering, creation, storage and publication of the resources, and also the advanced set of all necessary services. The current state of this system is described.
