In the analysis and philosophical judgement of a role and a place of information technologies in formation (education) it is possible to reveal problems of their use in system of modern formation (education). These problems and various contradictions including subjective, psychological ("the human factor") allow to make the conclusion that introduction of information technologies can not go revolutionary rates. Here there is no jump - the simple increase of number of means of new information technologies in sphere of formation (education) will not result in qualitative changes in educational processes. Therefore, in our opinion, it is necessary to concentrate all efforts to creation of advanced techniques of application of already existing information technologies so that their use has brought qualitative changes in modern formation (education), during training and management of formation (education).
