Electronic Commerce as a modern marketing tool

Nowadays the Internet is a rapidly developing industry, which penetrates into all fields of our life. A significant number of large companies all over the world see a great commercial potential in the Internet. They also see an opportunity to put business on a new level.

Today electronic commerce is underdeveloped in Russia. The reasons are underdevelopment of the network and informational industry, a little amount of the Internet-audience and lack of highly qualify managers, who make decisions and control the Internet-projects.

Internet-marketing must be integrated into the general marketing strategy of the company. Thus, electronic commerce is one of the prospective directions of the Internet technologies and a real marketing tool for any offline-business.
