This paper contains a number of theses which do describe some possibilities for carrying out sociological on-line researches; define some promoting factors for continually growing consumption for the Internet services in Tyumen and near-by area. All theses and conclusions are based on passed through researches on a large number of computer/Internet clubs in Tyumen as well as on the regional informational portal (as the most promoted web site in the area). During the work a number of subjects to arise respondents' activity and interests for researches they were participated in, was discovered.
According to analysis of results revealing its positive and negative aspects in on-line based interrogations, authors aimed their proceeding work to determine correlations and influences of objective social and economical indexes of region's evolution to effectiveness of the Internet based sociological researches in respect of today's actuality.
