Feedback is a very complex (difficult) and a necessary element of activity of any system or the organization. The factor of a feedback gets special importance at a level of the government in conditions of democracy.
In management a feedback system is considered to be a mechanism providing data acquisition on results, which can be used by heads for updating deviations from their plan.
The Internet becomes an integral part of our life. Its role becomes more and more significant for the feedback organization, since under the condition of the Network development (Russian Internet in 2001 has increased twice) the efficiency of the information getting via the Internet, will grow by all means.
