New information technologies and the Internet are integrating the world in global networks. The movement toward worldwide access to communications technology and connectivity across territorial boundaries through the global marketplace leads towards Globalization of the economy. Using the Internet technologies to augment existing business processes is turning out to be the key to success in e-business initiatives. Globalization is really the networked matrix of capital concentrations, international business and worldwide Internet e-commerce, promoted by transnational corporations, for access to friction-free worldwide markets.
