The Internet as a communication platform for interaction between officials and local communities

In our paper we propose a project of organization of an open Internet-conference as a communication platform for discussion between leaders of national policy such as public functionaries, administrative staff in economics, public communities and citizenry with a view to create particular ways for solving social regional problems. The results of the conference help to formulate recommendations to authorities, business, institutions, and public organizations with further reflections in mass media.

For prosperous promotion of the idea of social partnership and development of conditions for creating a system of local autonomy in the Republic of Bashkortostan the internal and distance courses of advanced training with help of the Internet facilities for public functionaries, staff and volunteers of non-commercial organizations on problems of development, monitoring and evaluation of efficiency of social programs and projects are proposed.
