Internet-voting instrument as a catalyst of the network political communication

Internet-voting is an effective instrument which is used in most political web-resources. Interactive resources, using this instrument, allow to get the information promptly from different resources, to carry out the monitoring of the public opinion, and to form the public opinion on certain problems as well as to inform the senior officials about the public reply on certain solution of the problem. Citizens can easily find out how the senior official reply on their opinion and what is the definitive result. Another important point is that people can organize themselves into different communities in the Internet for the purpose of making decisions on important political problems. The article represents the technology of such practice on concrete examples in Russia and abroad.
